THE FOUNDATION 2021-2022
Case studies address iterative and waterfall methods, with a focus on usability testing which is nested into more traditional market research methods. The methods used here were for Academics that were unfamiliar with usability metrics and testing. Teams needed to learn how to adapt those methods to existing research operations. Emphasis on different showing vs. telling (behavior vs. attitudinal) inquiries can be sampled from each case study.
